- Output for 1945 was 688,585 tons. 92.5 acres of Top Hard at 4.808 feet thick, 7, 452 tons per acre, 7452686,264 tons 0.477 acres of Main Bright at 3.069 feet thick, 1.461 foot acres, 2,321 tons. 19.0 miles of roadways open. 1,558 men on books, 1,177 u/g, 381 s/f. There were only 13 pits in the country with an oms (output per manshift) of more than 45 cwts. However there was an absenteeism rate of 17%.
