FISHER W. - 1863 - 21/12/1863 – Age 46 - Banksman. Coneygre Colliery, Earl of Dudley, Dudley, Worcestershire. Descended the pit shaft to attach an empty skip to the band chain which had stuck fast in the shaft when from some unexplained cause he fell with it to the bottom and lost his life.

FITZACKERLY William - 1863 - 25/11/1863 – Age 46 - Fireman. Garswood Park, David Bromilow and Co., St. Helens, Lancashire. Falling down the shaft.

FITZGERALD John - 1866 - 08/05/1866 – Age 20 - Hooker-on. Ince Hall, Ince Hall Coal and Cannel Co., Wigan, Lancashire. Descending cage falling on him.

FITZSIMON T. - 1867 - 12/06/1867 – Age 17 - Waggoner. Annbank No.2, JT Gordon, Ayr, Ayrshire.  Jammed between waggons on a railway siding.
